We manage, on behalf of the Customer, all the required Institutional Relations with the  key stakeholders,  in order to establish and maintain the proper relationship with public authorities and give the company the right visibility necessary to easily operate in Italy, with lighter procedures, in full compliance with the laws. 

Immigration

With over 25 years of experience in Immigration, we provide to level assistance to the Companies in order to second their workers from abroad to Italy , using the fastest procedure to obtain the work permits . We assist the Customers with the Signature of the M.O.U.(Memorandum of Understanding) with the Italian Ministry of Homeland ,by which the Company is accredited and allowed to submit the applications on priority . We also take care of the same procedures for familiars, and give support with any Relocation requirement. 

Payroll -Accountancy-Hse

Our financial department manages all Payroll activities for the Company's employees. It also handles all communications to the competent offices that are necessary and required by law. On behalf of the Client, if requested, it manages the preparation of the Balance Sheet , VAT declarations and corporate Tax Return , same for employees  if fiscally resident in Italy.
